Since 2009, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family concerns. What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and any questions you may have about therapy. This is a judgment-free space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are held weekly and typically last either 45 minutes or 53 minutes, depending on your insurance provider. As you make progress, we can adjust the frequency, tapering down to biweekly sessions when appropriate.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept various insurances and can provide invoices for out-of-network reimbursement. If you’re unsure about coverage, I’m happy to assist in navigating the process.
